1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Amazstock ("Service"), provided by Amazstock OÜ ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Description of service
Amazstock is a software-as-a-service platform for managing inventory, pallets, orders, returns, and marketplace integrations for returns and liquidation businesses.
3. Accounts and registration
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Accounts are non-transferable. You may not share login credentials.
4. Subscription, billing, and trial
14-day free trial: No credit card required. After trial, you may continue on a paid plan or your account is suspended (and deleted after 90 days).
Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually in EUR. Pricing as published on the pricing page. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions are unaffected until renewal.
Refunds: Pro-rated refunds on annual plans within 14 days of payment. No refunds for partial months on monthly plans.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: (a) use the Service for illegal activity; (b) reverse-engineer the Service; (c) resell access without an Enterprise white-label agreement; (d) attempt unauthorized access to our systems; (e) interfere with other users' accounts.
6. Your data
You retain all rights to data you upload to Amazstock. We process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You may export all your data at any time as CSV or JSON. Upon cancellation, data remains accessible for 90 days, then permanently deleted on request (or automatically).
7. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Enterprise plans get an SLA with credits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced 48+ hours in advance.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, design, and content (excluding your data) is owned by Amazstock OÜ. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per your subscription.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with or without notice.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll notify users by email at least 30 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tartu, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
